Does Negging Really Work? Maybe, Maybe Not

I came across a video by a self-described "cougar" named Karen, who was critiquing negging and the mentality/methodology behind it and why men may feel prone to neg to gain a woman's attention.

She makes a strong argument that it comes from a position of weakness and self-imposed inferiority rather than from a position of strength. Karen says the man who negs is said to be a man who simply doesn't feel confident enough in himself to approach a woman in a more naturally charming and charismatic way.
