Last night on The Jen-X Show I discussed my personal eating habits and how I've been able to keep the weight off for many years.
And not only have I been able to keep the weight off permanently, I'm at "the most sought after size in Hollywood." Many women claim size 0 is a hORriBlE size for any woman and denotes a sickly chick who never eats, can't get out of bed because she's too weak and frail, and she HAS to have an eating disorder.
None of those things are true when you have your eating habits under control. It's all about your intake and has nothing to do with dieting, exercising day and night, nor denying yourself the foods you enjoy.

I eat anything I want. I enjoy food. I have a very reasonable amount of food that corresponds with my height and frame. And more importantly, my relationship with food is a healthy one that revolves around being completely balanced in my intake and how much I eat.
I never have weird cravings that bring me to my knees where I want to murder innocent bystanders if I can't have the chocolate sundae.
I never get so hungry that I'm cranky and the idea of "forbidden food" lives rent free in my mind until I wind up pigging out and feeling sick.

And today I'm still a size 00 so again, I haven't gained a single pound and have retained my goal weight and size for many years now.
