I'm well into the stage of my life upon which I should be plagued with the dreaded "middle-aged spread" and I should be battling my weight unable to lose a single pound and I should be "inevitably" getting bigger and bigger each year as I get older.
This is not the case at all for me whatsoever. If a middle-aged mom like me can keep the weight off while still enjoying food and living life to the fullest, virtually any woman can. Including you.
